Dental sleep medicine
Snoring or restless nights? We can help you rest.
Snoring can be more than a nuisance. It may point to obstructive sleep apnoea, a condition linked to high blood pressure, heart disease and daytime fatigue. Our dentists are trained to diagnose the cause and craft a custom oral appliance that helps you breathe, and sleep, better.

Good to know
Questions patients often ask
Yes. Modern, full-face orthodontics allows us to create room for teeth by guiding the growth and shape of the jaws, rather than removing healthy teeth to make space.
This approach supports a wider smile, better facial balance and a healthier airway. Every case is different, so we start with a thorough assessment and show you the options before anything begins.
Book a consultation and we will talk you through whether extraction-free treatment is right for you or your child.
Absolutely. Dental sleep medicine is a recognised field, and our dentists are trained to identify the signs of airway problems that often show up in the mouth first.
For many people, a custom-fitted oral appliance gently holds the airway open during sleep, reducing snoring and mild to moderate sleep apnoea. It is comfortable, quiet and far easier to travel with than a machine.
We will assess your situation and, where needed, work alongside your GP or sleep physician to find the right solution.
Yes. We use white, tooth-coloured composite fillings as standard, which are amalgam and mercury-free.
As well as being a healthier choice, these fillings bond to your tooth and blend in naturally, so your smile stays looking like your own. If you have older silver fillings you would like reviewed, we are happy to discuss safe replacement options.
CEREC uses digital scanning and on-site milling to design and create a porcelain crown while you wait, rather than sending it to an external lab.
That means no messy moulds, no temporary crown and no second appointment weeks later. In most cases you walk out the same day with a strong, natural-looking crown that is colour-matched to your other teeth.
Ask us whether a same-visit crown suits your tooth when you come in.
You are very welcome here, and you are not alone. A large part of what we do is helping nervous patients feel calm and in control.
We take time to listen, explain each step in plain language and never rush you. Many patients who once avoided the dentist for years now attend regular check-ups with us without a second thought.
Let our team know when you book and we will make your visit as gentle and relaxed as possible.
